1. Who we are

This online store (wofshop.com) is operated by SFG Trade & Construction, trading as WOF, Deltazijde 20B, 1261 ZM Blaricum, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 98793039, VAT NL489926629B01. Email info@wofshop.com, phone +31 6 85679180. "We" and "us" refer to SFG Trade & Construction (WOF).

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every use of our website and every order. Our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Return policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

3. Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small colour differences due to screen settings are possible. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions do not bind us; in that case we will contact you and you can cancel free of charge.

4. Order and contract

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (e.g. suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable); any amount paid will then be refunded within 14 days. Our products are intended for personal use by consumers.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. In some EU countries prices and shipping costs are shown in your local currency (converted from euros); the amount shown at checkout is the amount that will be charged. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We only deliver to the Netherlands and other EU countries (see Shipping policy). Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped from international warehouses, mainly in China. Delivery times are stated in the Shipping policy; these are realistic estimates, not guaranteed dates. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order (or within an additional period you give us), you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon receipt of the product.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days after receipt. See the Return policy.

8. Statutory warranty

Our products must conform to the contract. Within the EU you have at least 2 years of statutory warranty; see the Return policy for how to report a defect.

9. Liability

We are liable to the extent provided by law. We are not liable for indirect damage or damage caused by improper use, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where this is not permitted by law.

10. Privacy (GDPR)

We only process personal data to fulfil your order, for customer service, to comply with legal obligations and – with your consent – for marketing. See our Privacy policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of SFG Trade & Construction (WOF) or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Shopify

Our store runs on the Shopify platform. All sales are contracts between you and SFG Trade & Construction (WOF), not with Shopify.

13. Complaints

You can send complaints to info@wofshop.com. We confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and give a substantive response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country as a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to your order.
