Want to know where your parcel is? Open our tracking page and enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number.
Good to know
- As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link.
- It can take 2–5 days before tracking information becomes visible – that's normal.
- Most products are shipped from partner warehouses in China. The expected delivery time is 8–17 business days in the Netherlands and 9–20 business days to the rest of the EU. See our Shipping policy.
- Final delivery is handled by a local carrier, such as PostNL or DHL.
- If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
