Refund policy

1. 30-day right of return

You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. By law, in the EU you have a right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) of at least 14 days; we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. If your order consists of several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.

2. How to return

  1. Register your return within 30 days of receipt: email info@wofshop.com with your order number, or use the model form at the bottom of this page. Any clear statement is sufficient.
  2. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification to:
    SFG Trade & Construction (WOF), Deltazijde 20B, 1261 ZM Blaricum, the Netherlands
  3. Preferably use a shipping method with tracking and keep your proof of shipment.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel (that is the supplier's address). Only the address above is our return address.

3. Return shipping costs

  • If you withdraw (cooling-off period), you pay the direct cost of returning the item yourself (from the Netherlands usually €4–€8 with PostNL; from abroad depending on country and carrier).
  • If the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return costs or solve it without a return.

4. Refund

  • We refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs (if you chose a more expensive shipping method, we only reimburse the standard rate).
  • Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or return notification, via the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you sent it back (whichever comes first).
  • You may handle the product as you would in a shop. For use beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.

5. Exceptions (only as permitted by law)

The right of withdrawal and the extended return period do not apply to:

  • products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, personal care products, earrings) if the seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened, you can simply return them;
  • perishable products.

Sale or discounted products have the same return rights as other products.

6. Defective or wrong product – statutory warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you can reasonably expect of it, within the EU for at least 2 years. Is an item defective, damaged in transit or incorrect? Email info@wofshop.com as soon as possible after discovering it, with your order number and photos. We offer free repair, replacement or a (partial) refund. This is in addition to your right of return.

7. Cancelling before shipping

If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel free of charge by email. You will receive the full amount back within 14 days.

8. Exchanges

We do not exchange items directly: return the item (see above) and place a new order.
